Generally excellent product.
I really like the product. Mostly. I was completely satisfied my experience as a customer. Purchase was easy.
Two minor complaints, one totally subjective and on me, the other hopefully simple to fix.
It is a little heavily scented for my tastes. I like the mix of smells, but not so much the intensity. This is totally a taste thing. The other issue, slightly more annoying, is that the alcohol seems to act as a solvent for whatever inks were used in the labels. When I switch hands to apply or just to hold while I am rubbing my hands the label printing starts to dissolve and I end up with blueish pigment all over fingers until it dries again. After a short time using the one in my car, which is more logistically challenging, the label is unreadable (which does NOT affect the performance of the product!). The one I keep at home is not having such difficulties because easier to control there.
Otherwise very happy!
Thanks.

Hi Pete,
First of all, thank you so much for taking the time to write a review and your support. You left one of my favorite types of reviews because nothing is ever perfect and there is always room to improve.
I wanted to dive right in on the smell you had mentioned. I had this exact same piece of feedback when I first tried the product. I thought it was the clove. I spoke with the creator, Polly who also happens to be my Aunt and she explained how strong the alcohol is and it makes that stronger smell. It does not seem to bother most people but it definitely is there!
The issue with the label drives me crazy. The version you have is at least version #3 of packaging changes. Rest assured we are trying to find a solution. I literally just wipe the label off of mine to avoid it causing the issue.
Thanks so much again for taking the time to write a critical review. While I love 5-star reviews all day long these are the ones that truly stand out for me as a customer to read and as a business to respond to and learn from our customers.
Stay healthy and happy, Will of the climbOn team!
